Dear Patients and Friends,
It is with a heavy heart, I am writing this letter to say goodbye.
My wife has taken a job at Montana State University in Bozeman, MT as the Associate Vice President of Health and Wellness and will officially start her job at the end of February. Therefore, we are picking up our lives here in Denver and embarking on an entirely new adventure in the next couple of weeks.
It is impossible for me to put into words how sad I am to leave, and at the same time express how excited I am for the opportunities ahead. I started this practice in July of 2016 after a miserable experience working for another group in Kansas City. My plan was to bootstrap my business from nothing more than an idea and a soon to be maxed out credit card, and I like to think that plan worked magnificently and brought me to where I am today. Those of you who have been with me since the beginning know how much of my heart and soul was poured into this practice and no matter where my office was or what was going on in my life, my priority was to always provide the best quality of care I could possibly give.
To my patients, some I’ve seen for 5+ years and some I’ve seen for just a few weeks, you are the ones who make it hardest to leave. The relationships you are able to build as a chiropractor are second to none. It is these relationships I will miss the most. We’ve shared tears, laughs, frustrations, and anxieties with each other and I like to think the mass of you have helped me more than I’ve ever helped you. I consider myself lucky, blessed, and loved to have had these relationships and I will miss them so much more than anything else.
As for me, I’ll be hanging around Denver until the end of February with my last day in office being February 10th before I settle in up north with my wife and son. I will be taking some time to explore my options, enjoy the great outdoors, learn some new techniques, and eventually start my own practice again. Stay tuned for what’s to come as I may be reaching out to a few of you for support in the form of google reviews once I get rolling up there.
